he Law Guide is an online database designed to provide users with accurate, understandable and systematic information on frequently referenced laws, with the support of artificial intelligence, and to assist in the complete and correct implementation of legal practices. The legal texts published in the Law Guide have been transferred to a computer environment with reference to the Official Gazette published by the Directorate General of Law and Legislation and have been examined using the Legislation Information System published by the same institution. In accordance with the methodology used in preparing the Guide, only the literal content of the laws has been used when quoting from them and making rankings, groupings and comparisons based on them; no attempt has been made to interpret the rules of the laws in any way. For the same reason, this Guide carefully avoids making legal and jurisprudential assessments related to legal practices or providing direct or indirect legal advice.

Coming from the legal community, we have witnessed people being harmed in various ways due to inadequate knowledge or misapplication of the law throughout our professional lives, and we have sought to find solutions to these situations. Therefore, we decided to develop this Legal Guide to ensure that no one is harmed by such circumstances. We define everyone who contributed to the dedicated work carried out with a division-of-labor approach to build the infrastructure of this database under the supervision of our project leader, Ali Ihsan TEMEL, as the ‘Guide Preparation and Publication Team,’ without any distinction.
